TO BREAK IN THE BARREL OF A FIREARM FOR

Step
1: Follow all steps in the cleaning
procedure found on the label of USP Bore
Paste using USP Gun Cleaning Oil as your
lubricant.
Step
2: Fire one shot then clean again using
the same procedure.
Step
3: Repeat Step 2 two more times.
Step
4: Fire 3 shot groups for 5 times cleaning
after each 3 shot group.
This
completes the recommended procedure for
breaking in the new barrel of a firearm.
NOTE:
For many shooters, moly coated bullets are
the primary ammunition fired and we recommend
its use if possible. As a generalization,
small amounts of moly will appear as gray
streaking on almost all dry patches.
